AYL Coaching Requirements

The Arizona Youth Lacrosse League understands the impact good coaches can make not only on their players, but the impact they can make in growing the game in their area.  Our goal is to provide resources and where necessary requirements to ensure we attract and develop positive minded coaches.  

Coaches are highly encouraged to complete the following before coaching at AYL events:

1. US Lacrosse Level 1 Coaching online certification   
2. US Lacrosse in person instructional clinic
3. Positive Coaching Alliance online workshop, as part of your Level 1 through US Lacrosse
4. Signed Coaches Code Of Conduct

Upon completion of your Level 1 certification you will have access to a library of US Lacrosse resources, including their Coaching app.
